Shipping is free on every order to Canada, with no minimum spend. All orders are processed in 1–3 working days on average and then shipped out to anywhere in Canada.
Every order ships with a track & trace link. Parcels are declared so you should not be asked for customs duties — if you ever are, send us the receipt and we'll refund it. We currently ship to Canada only.
Returns — 100 Nights
Take 100 nights to decide. If it isn't right, email support@borealloom.com with your order number and we'll arrange a return, exchange or store credit. Returns need to be approved first and may travel to a warehouse outside Canada; return postage is yours if you've simply changed your mind, and ours if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Yes — it's made without harsh additives and is gentle on sensitive skin. If you have a specific allergy, email us and we'll send you the full ingredient list before you order.
You have 100 nights. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a return, an exchange or store credit.
Two or three sprays over the pillow and top sheet about ten minutes before you get in, so the mist has settled. Hold it roughly 30 cm away and don't soak the fabric.
Not when used as directed on colourfast fabric. As with anything you spray on textiles, test a hidden corner first if your bedding is delicate or unusually dark.
