Boreal Loom began in Vancouver, in 2019, in the middle of a long grey winter — with a simple observation. People aren’t looking for warm things. They’re looking for the feeling of arriving home: the coat off, the lamp on, something soft within reach while the rain carries on outside.
We started with one blanket and the question that came with it — why shouldn’t everyday comfort feel this good?
